Customer service is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as the products are still in good condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original components and accessories.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges on your return or exchange unless returning or exchanging defective products. All return shipments must be sent prepaid by way of a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail with Tracking, etc., and should be insured. Adaptiv Technologies is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

All shipments, including express shipments, will be shipped within two business days or less. You will receive an email when your order is processed and an email when your order is shipped along with a tracking number.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority, which usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the US. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping options are also available. Delivery for international orders varies by country.

Adaptiv Technologies, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of first consumer purchase except for TPX Pro and TPX Version 2 which has a two year warranty and AdaptivMount which has a lifetime warranty.

EXCLUSIONS: This limited warranty does not apply:

To any defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, tampering, or unauthorized repair
In any area where the use of our product is illegal.
If the serial number label (if applicable) has been altered, defaced, or removed.
To installation of the product (if applicable).
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURANTION TO THE PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY*.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Your information is secure with us. We will not sell, share, or release your information to any outside party without your permission.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email from time to time about new information about our products or company. You will have the option to opt of any future contact from us at any time by contacting us via email or phone.

All sensitive information transmitted to us via the internet from sales transactions is encrypted. Only authorized employees will have access to this information on our computers/servers.

TPX™ Motorcycle Radar and Laser Detection System Awarded as Powersports Business Magazine's 2008 "Nifty Fifty" Winner

The TPX™ Motorcycle Radar and Laser Detection System was awarded as one of the winners for Powersports Business Magazine's 2008 "Nifty Fifty" earlier this week.

This year the editors of Powersports Business Magazine and its sister consumer magazines in the powersports industry evaluated hundreds of new products submitted for the "Nifty Fifty" competition. The winners were selected based on what the editors thought to be the most interesting and potentially profitable products for dealers.

Adaptiv Technologies will receive the award at the 2008 Dealer Expo, to be held at the Indianapolis Convention Center & RCA Dome from February 15-18, 2008. The TPX™ Motorcycle Radar and Laser Detection System will be on display at booth number 7109.
